They did not prove that diet soda causes Alzheimer’s Disease. THEY DID NOT!

I’ll admit, even though I’d prefer my caffeine in the form of a diet soda even at this hour of the morning, I’m sippin’ my coffee right now as I write. It is one of my many personal goals to reduce my soda consumption and drink more water. I even have a little daily checklist which helps me track my water consumption. We all know that water is preferable to just about anything else we drink.
My mother has Alzheimer’s. I don’t want it. Therefore, I want to do what I can to reduce my risk factors. I read as much as I can about the subject in order to educate myself. But, the scare tactics involved in this kind of reporting hit a nerve and prompt me to share this gentleman blog writer’s observations about recent sensational headlines aimed at the topic of Alzheimer’s research studies.
